I am an Energy Healer and Emotional Clearing Practitioner with a passion for helping you return to a place of peace, balance, and connection within your body, mind, and spirit.

My sessions combine emotional clearing and energy healing to support you in gently releasing stuck emotions, limiting thought patterns, and behaviours that may be creating imbalance in your life.

You will be held in a safe, nurturing space while being supported and empowered to reconnect with your inner wisdom, restore energetic balance, and remember your natural state of wholeness.

My intention is to help you feel lighter, clearer, more grounded, and more connected to your true essence.
