Change of Mind & Returns

Royale Psychic Reading Room does not offer change of mind refunds or returns on any services or products.

The following are not eligible for change of mind or returns:

• Psychic Readings

• Mediumship Sessions

• Energy or Healing Services

• All intuitive or spiritual services

If you are dissatisfied with a service, you must notify us immediately on the same day. We may offer an alternative practitioner on the day, subject to availability.

Please note: dissatisfaction with the approach, communication style, or outcome of a reading does not qualify for a refund.

Faulty Goods (Australian Consumer Law)

If you believe an item is faulty, you may be entitled to a remedy under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

You have 30 days to return a faulty item. Instead, the ACL requires that goods be returned within a reasonable time, which varies depending on:

• the nature of the item,

• the price,

• and the expectations of how long it should reasonably last.

Where assessment is required, the item may be sent to the manufacturer or authorised service agent.

Remedies under ACL:

• Major Failure: You may choose a refund, replacement, or repair.

• Minor Failure: We will repair the item, or at our discretion, replace it within a reasonable timeframe.

Items damaged through misuse, neglect, or abnormal use are not eligible for refund, exchange, or repair.

Valid proof of purchase is required for all claims under the ACL.

Faulty Goods

If you believe a purchased item is faulty, you may have rights to a remedy under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

These rights apply regardless of this policy and are not restricted by a set time period. The relevant timeframe may vary depending on:

• the nature of the product,

• the price paid,

• and any representations made about the product.

If an item may be faulty, it may need to be sent to the manufacturer or authorised service agent for assessment within a reasonable time.

If the product has a major failure:
You may choose a refund, exchange, or repair.

If the product has a minor failure:
We will repair or, at our discretion, replace the item within a reasonable period.

If an item is damaged due to misuse, neglect, or abnormal use, Royale Psychic Reading Room is not required to provide a refund, exchange, or repair. This applies whether the issue is identified by us, the manufacturer, or their authorised service agent.

A valid proof of purchase is required before any remedy can be offered under the ACL.

Return Tender

Any refund approved under the Australian Consumer Law will be processed using the original payment method, such as Credit Card, PayPal, or Cash.
