1. Bookings

Payment & Session Information

  • All sessions are charged at $60 per 15-minute block.

  • Full payment is required at the time of booking.

Recording Policy

  • Recording of any kind is strictly prohibited, including audio, video or digital capture.

Cancellations & No-Shows

  • Cancellations made 48+ hours prior to your appointment: A $40 cancellation fee applies (deducted from the refund).

  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment: No refund or credit will be provided.

  • No-show appointments: No refund, exchange or credit will be provided.

2. Psychic Readings & Healing Services Disclaimer

Psychic, mediumship, intuitive and healing services are provided for guidance only.
Information received during a session is based on the reader’s intuitive interpretation. What you choose to do with this information is your personal responsibility.

These services must not be treated as:

  • legal advice

  • medical or health advice

  • financial guidance

  • psychological or therapeutic advice

  • business or professional direction

For any of the above matters, please consult a qualified expert.
For legal purposes, all services are offered for entertainment purposes only.

Royale Psychic Reading Room is not liable for interpretations, advice or information provided by practitioners, contractors, psychics, or healers.

3. Return & Change of Mind Policy

Change of Mind

Royale Psychic Reading Room does not offer refunds or returns for change of mind.

Services and products not eligible for change of mind or return include:

  • Psychic Readings

  • Mediumship Sessions

  • Healing Services

  • Energy Work

  • All intuitive or spiritual services

If you are unhappy with your service, please notify us on the same day so we may, where possible, offer an alternative practitioner.

Faulty Goods – Australian Consumer Law (ACL)

If you believe a product is faulty, you may be entitled to a remedy under the Australian Consumer Law.

The ACL does not specify a set number of days for returns. Instead, returns must occur within a reasonable time, which varies depending on:

  • the nature of the product

  • the price

  • the expected lifespan of the item

  • representations made about the product

In some cases, items may require assessment by the manufacturer or service agent.

If the fault is major:

You may choose a refund, replacement, or repair.

If the fault is minor:

We will repair or, at our discretion, replace the item within a reasonable timeframe.

Items damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or abnormal use are not eligible for a remedy.

Proof of purchase is required for all claims under the ACL.

Return Tender

Approved refunds will be issued using the original payment method (Credit Card, PayPal, or Cash).

  • Pricing is subject to change at any time without notice.

  • By booking a service or purchasing a product, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
